Spiritual Companionship and Healing
I offer compassionate presence as you listen more deeply to yourself. Whatever you bring—grief, uncertainty, longing, or the simple desire to feel grounded and whole—there is space for it here. Our work together is not about fixing or changing you, but about honoring your unfolding journey with presence and curiosity. I support you in being present to your experience, reconnecting with your wholeness and embodied wisdom, and bringing to light what may be hidden within. Our sessions may draw on embodied and eco-spiritual practices, dreamwork, inner parts work, active imagination, meditation, and more. Or we may simply bring witness to what is. All that arises is welcome. Together, we listen for what is emerging, what is ready to be released, and what seeks integration. At the heart of our wounds and vulnerability lies our deepest humanity and our greatest gifts. By opening to these tender places with gentleness and respect, we discover new freedom, authenticity, and belonging. Here, all questions and all parts of you are welcome.
About
For over two decades, I’ve immersed myself in contemplative and healing practices that have shaped my life. My struggles as a young adult set me on a spiritual journey in search of peace, wholeness, and belonging. That journey began with years of Buddhist meditation and study, which later led me to pursue a master’s degree in East-West Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies. There, I deepened my understanding of spirituality and the human psyche, exploring depth psychology, ecopsychology, liberation psychology, indigenous spiritualities, and Daoist philosophy.Inspired by my love of embodied and ecological spirituality, I completed a two-year seminary in eco-spiritual companionship and leadership through the Center for Wild Spirituality, where I was ordained as a Wild Guide. Along the way, I’ve also studied ancestral and collective healing, trauma recovery, embodied social justice, qigong, yoga, the Enneagram, Nonviolent Communication, EFT, and Internal Family Systems.Ultimately, my work is shaped not only by study but by my own journey of healing and growth. I believe that as we allow ourselves to be as we are and to meet life as it is, we discover our unique place in the web of being. In doing so, we soften into life with greater courage, wisdom, and authenticity.
